Unfortunately I've learned during this unpleasant past year how compassion and love are able to withdraw someone from other peoples life and so alienate his own one. On the other hand I got a lot of help from people I didn't even considered as friends (and the opposite). Life is a strange thing usually. The service in this village of my childhood was a good one. There was even a Ave Maria from a trumpet, played by a good friend.

Stay blessed!

Danke nochmals.

M. W. She did not let it break her, but lived a good and full life. May your memories, the knowledge that you cared for her so lovingly, and above all, God's promise of resurrection and eternal life with him bring you a measure of consolation in your grief.

I am sorry that I never even noticed this post and the next one until now.
