Apfel - Montag

Apple - Monday

I’ve just stated, an involuntary single-picture post is also quite nice (and easier to translate, by the way), well, the trivial problems are fixed and I can go on with my brief remarks.

An apple thief is to blame for this photograph, why this? Well, when I saw this morning this little tree, the apples had astonishing vanished from one side, right, it was very stormy, but they should then usually lie in the grass, but maybe they have decided not to fall down easily, but entrusted to the wind to wandering away. Hard to believe.

Anyway, the rest of the apples came into this basket
and in transient security.
This is the front door of this modest property. Since I had to been wandering in the garden anyway, I thought these two pictures were perhaps still quite nice.

But far more than to be simple nice are these pictures, which can be found at this place of a most amiable gentleman from New Mexico (http://casaconiglio.blogspot.com/2009/10/fourth-of-july-in-october.html).

I'm sure apple tiramisù would be very enjoyable, especially if you're tired of just plain old tiramisù all the time. ;)

But meine meinung nach, there's no better way to use apples than in a good old fashioned simple apple pie — just apples and sugar and pie crust, maybe the lightest touch possible of cinnamon and/or a drop or two of lemon juice, if you must. But it should taste of apples, not a lot of other stuff, and it doesn't need other ingredients to make it "interesting."

I loved the title of the gentleman from New Mexico's blog, especially after I read his "About Myself."

John, thanks for your visit.
About apples: I’m open for suggestions and will report their further fate.
And about Forest, for me it’s pure recovery to read his excellent photographed, refined and often witty blog, I follow it since I read blogs. You should look at this post, where he explains why the colour yellow is “uncouth” in his eyes: http://casaconiglio.blogspot.com/2007/06/yellow.html.
