I was sincerely worried, I wouldn’t deliver the usual Sunday report, a lack of focus I fear. But anyway. So shortly: We had a pork chop roast (i.e. the meat from what are chops usually made of, but just in a whole piece), cooked on a bed of onions, some garlic, thyme, oregano, marjoram and rosemary. Asparagus wrapped in ham was added. It was quite nice. Oh, and the rose buds are supposed to rise every day, there are enough, but they are still a bit hesitant.

The asparagus wrapped in ham caught my eye at once. Shall I go back to the store to get some prosciutto for the asparagus which I'll have with the veal I bought earlier today? In the Catholic Church it's the feast of the Visitation (Mariä Heimsuchung in German, I think). In honor of the occasion I decided to have veal marsala made with shiitake mushrooms.
The lilacs are almost gone by, but the spirea is in full bloom. I noticed some buds beginning to open on one of the rhododendrons.
Right, if you want so it is today, thanks for reminding me, hope you're fine, we really should try to talk in the near future :)
