Sonntag &

poorly translated

Sometimes it’s helpful to lower your expectations, because then there is a chance you can be pleasantly surprised; sometimes! So certainly it was this time. A few pieces of salmon, closed braised in the oven on butter with a little white wine, along with thyme and tarragon. Braised carrots and cauliflower with freshly grated nutmeg and melted butter were added. At the person in front of me, who was apparently initially rather not in that a well temper, the mood considerably brightened; Christ in heaven, what food can be good for!
They say it will get warmer a lot over the next few days, huh, and that to me who am a big fan of hot summers in which the brain is so beneficial scorching away, we will see.

Looks and sounds great. But in the last picture, it seems that you didn't take any carrots!

The pictures are not necessarily a protocol. They should give you an idea and as far as possible look nice. Therefore I take usually like 30 photos to find out the 3 not that ugly ones. So in other words I took. :)
