Silvester &

All meinen Besuchern ein

Erfreuliches und gesegnetes Neues Jahr 2015

kind of „translated“

Is there to report something valuable? I doubt it. Not only I'm not able to shoot fireworks (which I knew); the idea of making one myself, which could then be photographed, doesn't work. You are far too busy not burn your fingers or worse, to get those things at all to fire, to prevent eventually to set the house on fire etc., all this prevented on the other hand a presentable picture.

On New Years Eve I'm usually rather introspective, 2 or 3 times I followed perhaps the temptation to join a bunch of party-addicted people, to feel then as under Martians (if there were any in reality), so very far away.

And if someone wants to know: Fortunately the Holiday cooking race nearly ends. This time we've had salmon (in cooking cream with quite a lot of herbs, mainly dill). Then pan-fried vegetables and tomatoes with mozzarella as a salad.

To my amazement Mrs. Wisser was obviously satisfied about all, and this made me glad because given the general noise that began at least noon, she was obviously fully prepared to hear every time: "The Russians are here, save yourself if you can!". Now this is meant not as ironic as it reads (but a bit I admit). So what happened, attaches itself to generations as a burden, but we better have a break ...

The moon in the branches - this has been worthwhile, to take the camera out for. The photo gives an impression, but the mood was actually a numinous draw, if I may say so, at any rate quite interesting.

To all my visitors:

A Pleasant and Happy New Year 2015

Thanks for the translation. I didn't expect it and went to the Microsoft translator, which gave some idea about what I didn't understand in the original. But your translation was, as always, clearly better and increased my understanding.

The meal looks and sounds good. I know what you mean about the holiday cooking race. After sautéed scallops and shrimps, rib roast of beef, lobsters, more sautéed shrimps, we come today to lamb chops, and another rib roast on Saturday. Well, it's good food, and I did get three days off: Christmas itself at my aunt's, Monday at a restaurant, and on Tuesday leftovers from the restaurant.

That's a very good picture of the moon. The haziness around it makes the photo more evocative than if the air had been perfectly clear.

And a Blessed and Happy New Year to you!

Well, then the effort made sense. Your comments were not forgotten, I just needed a fresh start, so let's begin here. 1st Thanks for your well wishes. They are much appreciated. We often forget to appreciate the people who are still there, in spite of our inadequateness, etc., well I usually don't, but my inclination to talk about things is capricious (and I'm sorry for that, honestly).

The moon view was even more strange in reality, but at least the picture gives an idea. And fortunately, indeed, the cooking race is over now and we have to return to more serious activities (or so). Thanks again.
