Es hat nicht geregnet heute, wie man daran erkennen kann, daß es auf dem Tisch wieder Blumen gibt, auch wenn die Rosen nicht im Übermaß blühen, sie brauchen wohl doch noch mehr Sonne. Ich war einmal mehr einfallslos und haben etwas gekocht, das es vor nicht langer Zeit schon einmal gab. Und ich ich habe es mit den Kräutern übertrieben, das unter dem Urwald ist ein großes Stück Lachs, nun, inzwischen ist es deutlich kleiner, es war also dennoch kein Reinfall. Lachs, im Ofen gegart auf Butterschmalz mit Thymian, Oregano und viel Estragon (den Dill habe ich ärgerlicherweise vergessen). Dazu eine Sauce hollandaise, Blumenkohl und Gurkensalat. Alles sehr nett, offensichtlich.
